"Frame looks good, but setup wasnt fun"
The frame looks nice once its up, but getting the diploma lined up straight took me a few tries. It wasnt the easiest thing to do.

I ended up going with DiplomaFrame.com because they just felt like a real, trusted company and not some random site I stumbled on. I saw plenty of good feedback, and the website looked legit, which kinda made me feel more comfortable placing the order.
Everything about them came across as professional without feeling pushy. I liked that they’ve been around for a while and seem to care about doing things the right way. I’d definitely trust them again.

I usually get annoyed fast with anything that needs hanging, but this frame was surprisingly easy. The hardware on the back actually made sense, and I got it straight on the first try, which almost never happens for me. It took maybe 10 minutes total, and I was happy to be done with it that quickly. Looks great on the wall too.

I used a discount code for my diploma frame and it made the price feel a lot more reasonable. checkout was easy too, no issues there. It’s still a little pricey overall, but the promo definitely helped. I’d probably order again if they run another sale

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to support. They got back to me quickly and were actually helpful, not just sending the usual copy-and-paste replies. I do wish the instructions had been a little clearer from the start, but once I contacted them, everything was sorted out easily. My frame turned out great, and I’d order again.

I used Diploma Frame while looking for a diploma frame, the site was simple to navigate. The menus were clear, and I didn’t have to dig around forever just to find my school, which I appreciated.
The only thing I’ll say is that a few pages seemed to take their time loading, so maybe the site was dragging a bit on their end. But overall, it was easy enough to use and didn’t make the process frustrating.

"Looks Nice, But a Little Pricey for the Quality"
Overall, the frame looks good and my diploma fit in it just fine. The wood finish is decent, and once it’s up on the wall, it looks sharp from a normal distance. That said, when I looked at it up close, I noticed a small rough spot on one corner, and the backing felt a bit cheaper than I expected for the price. It’s not a bad frame, but for what it costs, I do think the craftsmanship should be a little better

I was pleasantly surprised by how simple it was to keep track of my diploma frame after I ordered it. "Such a nice graduation gift"
I got this for my son as a graduation gift, he was like really happy with it. He actually hung it up in his apartment the same day, which, you know, says a lot. The frame looks really nice and just kind of makes the diploma feel important instead of ending up tucked away in some drawer. I’m really glad I went with this instead of, like, another random gift he might not use

I’ve had my diploma frame for about 6 years now, and it still looks really nice on the wall. The frame is solid, the colors haven’t faded, and the corners are still tight. My only tiny gripe is that it was a little pricier than I expected at the time, but seeing how well it’s held up, I feel like it was worth it. Still looks great after all these years.

I went with them because they’re officially licensed through my school, which made me feel a lot better about ordering. The frame showed up with the right seal and everything looked legit. If it had felt even a little sketchy, I would’ve returned it and gone somewhere else, but I’m happy with it. Nice knowing my diploma isn’t sitting in some random fake-looking frame.
